Our Process

We complete an on-site inspection of the equipment and gather information about the make, model, serial, condition, age, service records and take photographs. We hold discussions with management and maintenance personnel  to gather additional information about the the equipment, its history and how it is being utilized in the business.  Once the data is gather and analyzed, our certified appraisal will apply the one or more generally accepted appraisal approaches to value that include the the cost approach, the market approach or the income approach where applicable.

A draft appraisal report is  issued for our clients to review and ensure all pertinent information is accurate and any assumption made are reasonable.  Upon completion of the draft review, a management representation letter is prepared and a final Certified Appraisal Report is issued.
